The brewing process is carefully crafted to maximize the delicious coconut flavors, with toasted coconut added both during and after fermentation. The addition of Mosaic hops gives a burst of tropical fruit notes, transporting you to a beach in Fiji. For an extra special touch, replace 4L of water with coconut water for added electrolytes and even more coconut goodness. Want to take it to the next level? Add 2L of pineapple juice during dry hopping for a Piña Colada-inspired brew. MAHALO!
