How to use
- Set up the machine following the included directions and set the roller gap.
- Switch on and feed grapes into the stainless receiving bin; the screw feed carries them to the rollers.
- The rubber rollers crush the grapes while the rotating shaft in the destemming chamber removes the stems.
- Feed consistently and avoid overloading the bin, which pauses and slows production.
- To clean, remove two bolts and slide off the safety cover to reach the stainless destemming grate, then hose the unit out.
