We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. A cream liqueur gift pack for anyone who likes a glass of Irish cream over Christmas and fancies making their own. It makes two 1.125L batches: a classic Top Shelf Irish Cream and an Orange Truffle Irish Cream, each thickened and sweetened with its own Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base.
No still is needed. Each batch is one essence, one cream base, 500mL of 40% alcohol (vodka or your own neutral spirit) and water. It's a simple first project for a new home distiller, and a nice top-up for someone who already runs a still.
What's included
- 2 x Top Shelf Cream Liqueur Base 400g - gives the finished liqueur its thickness and sweetness
- 1 x Top Shelf Irish Cream Essence - creamy, with hints of chocolate
- 1 x Top Shelf Orange Truffle Irish Cream Essence - chocolate truffle aromas finished with fresh orange peel notes
How to use
- Pour 500mL of alcohol at 40% ABV into a large mixing bowl.
- Slowly add the contents of one Cream Liqueur Base pack while stirring with a whisk.
- Add one essence, then top up to 1.125L with water and mix well.
- Bottle it, then repeat with the second base and essence.
