How it works
The stainless coil hangs into the wort from the lid. Pump chilled or warm liquid through it from an icebank unit, a peltier heating and cooling unit, or a pond pump in chilled water. A temperature controller probe sits in the thermowell and switches the pump to hold your set temperature.
