Chai Maison Merlot is rich red in colour. This variety is soft, smooth and full of the berry fruit flavours that make it so popular.
The wine making kit comes with everything you need to make 23L (which will result in approx. 30x 750ml bottles) of finished wine. This kit includes:
- Juice Concentrate (7.5L)
- Yeast
- Stabilizers
- Clarifying Agents
- Oak (only if the style calls for it)
- Full Set of Instructions
This is a 7.5 litre kit which will allow you to make 30 bottles of wine in 4 weeks. Bottles not included.
