Ceramic Boil Enhancers are small, inert ceramic pieces that help your wash come to a smooth, even boil. They reduce surges when boiling and lower the chance of the lid lifting or the still head clogging. Designed for use in the Still Spirits Turbo 500 boiler and Air Still.
How to use: Add the boil enhancers to the wash in your boiler just before you start the boil. Use them in every distillation run, together with Still Spirits Distilling Conditioner for best results.

- Hi Jimmy, ceramic boil enhancers need to be replaced only when they disintegrate, so they should last quite a few years. So long as you keep the copper saddles clean and dry, they shouldn't need replacing either. Still Spirits recommends that you remove and clean copper saddles ever 8-10 distillation runs. To clean remove the Still Spirits Copper Saddles from the column and soak in citric acid or vinegar for 15 minutes then rinse with water and air dry. The light acid will clean the copper of oxidation and surface build up.
