This premium brew is made with a blend of Ale and Lager malts, along with Caramalt and Roasted specialty malts, for a complex and full-bodied taste. Boost the bitterness with NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops added during the boil, or add a touch of sweetness with 1kg of Black Rock Liquid Brewing Sugar (or 1kg of other sugar).
