How to use (three soakings)
- First soak: the whole 500g in 2.5L of spirit for 6–8 days, then strain.
- Second soak: add 2.3L of spirit and leave for 10–24 days, then strain.
- Third soak: add a further 2.3L and leave for 5–6 weeks. This one works best with an essence.
