How to use
- First soak: the entire 500g with 2.5L of spirit for 6 to 8 days, then strain.
- Second soak: add 2.3L of spirit and leave for 10 to 24 days, then strain.
- Third soak: add a further 2.3L of spirit and leave for 5 to 6 weeks; best with an essence.
