We ship from our warehouses in Brisbane and Melbourne. Your order might ship from either warehouse, or from both, as different stock is held in different warehouses. A mid-strength Australian draught at 3.8% to 4.2%: ale malt with dextrose, hopped only with Magnum, and very pale at 3 EBC. This is the one for a long afternoon rather than a tasting glass.
Eleven IBU and a 1.030 starting gravity are what make it mid-strength without tasting watery. The dextrose ferments out completely, so the beer finishes dry rather than thin and sweet, which is the usual failing of a light beer.

What you get
- A cube of pre-boiled, sealed wort
- No yeast — a clean lager strain such as W-34/70 or S-23 suits it
There is no mash and no boil. Tip the wort into a sanitised fermenter, pitch your yeast and hold a steady temperature until fermentation finishes. Add 3 L of pre-boiled, cooled water to bring it to 1.030. Yeast is not supplied, so add a sachet to your order.
