We have four warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Launceston. Black Fox is Spero Cassidy's American Porter, gold medal winner at the 2021 Canberra Brewers Club competition, packed as a 23L all grain recipe kit.
It is one of the Golden Givers recipes, a program run in partnership with Lallemand that puts competition winning recipes from Australian brewers into kit form using ingredients that are easy to get here. Golden Givers kits assume a brewer who is already confident with technique, equipment and recipe software such as Brewfather. If you are still finding your feet with all grain, one of the standard all grain recipe kits is the better place to start, and this one will still be here afterwards.
