This amazing reusable plastic keg offers a more compact and convenient storage solution for your homebrew compared to traditional 19L corny kegs. The 8liter size is perfect for sharing drinks with friends, and its lightweight nature makes it easy to transport. With superior oxygen barrier properties and 3x better gas transmission than other plastic types, this keg is ideal for storing carbonated and non-carbonated beverages that are sensitive to oxygen. The keg comes with a PCO38 cap, and for those who want to enjoy their drinks on tap, we recommend the use of a PCO38 Tapping Head, which can be purchased separately. With the tapping head, you can easily attach standard ball lock disconnects and add a pressure relief valve to the top of this keg design.

We recommend hydrotesting the container every 2 years, up to 6 bar. Don't worry, it's a simple process that involves:
- Replacing the RED prv with the GREY prv (which you can borrow from a 19L keg).
- Filling the keg to the brim with water. Don't forget this step!
- Using a bike pump, CO2 regulator, air compressor, or any other pressure source to reach 6 bar.
- Holding the keg at 6 bar for 1 minute.
- Releasing the pressure, removing the GREY prv, and swapping back to the RED prv immediately.
- Remember, this test should be done at room temperature (15-30C)
