We have four warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Launceston. Your order might ship from any of these warehouse, or from a combination of these warehouses as different stock is located in different warehouses. A 10L stainless keg given over entirely to cleaning, so wash and sanitiser travel your beer lines and coupler by exactly the same path the beer does.
Fill it with warm water and a powdered brewery wash such as StellarClean, connect your coupler as you normally would, and open the tap. Leave the mixture sitting in the lines for at least five minutes, then flush with warm water. StellarSan at 1.5mL per litre finishes the job on the lines and the stainless taps.
The keg is rated to 130psi working pressure and welded on a robotic orbital welder, which leaves a smooth weld with nowhere for soil to sit. It is passivated for rust protection, and that is what gives it the matte finish. Black rubber handles and a rubber base make it easier to carry and stop it scuffing floors or the inside of a kegerator.
