As a descendant of Sabro, it inherits Sabro's essence of citrus, flowers, wood, and fruit, making it a versatile addition to any brew. The once-experimental hop, HBC 692, has been reborn as Talus, paying tribute to the breathtaking mountains of the Pacific Northwest in the United States.
