Still Spirits Alchemist Series: Create+ Alembic Pot Condenser, Dome Top and Boiler

This Alembic Pot Set is made up of the Turbo 500 25L Boiler with the Alembic Dome Top and Alembic Condenser.

Instead of stripping flavours to give clean spirit like the T500, this pot still retains and enhances flavours. This can be used when distilling washes that contain flavours that you wish to collect.

The Pot Still Alembic Condenser is best used with the T500 Boiler and the Alembic Dome Top. This condenser is what differentiates this still from the T500. It is what retains the flavour rather than stripping it out by refluxing. This comes with a thermometer, tubing and tap adaptor set.

The Pot Still Alembic Dome Top is copper and fits on to your T500 Boiler. This can be used in place of the T500 Boiler's stainless steel lid. The large copper surface area of this dome top acts as a catalyst with the vapour in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.

OPTIONAL: Botanicals Basket  is suspended above the liquid so that the botanicals are steamed rather than boiled. Screw the basket onto the the Alembic Pot Still dome and condenser.
