Stainless steel body, built in air cooling system so it uses absolutely no water for cooling - great for regions where water shortages are a problem. Air Still is our most simple setup. You use the Air Still to make a pure spirit, and then you flavour that spirit with an essence of your choice to make any alcohol you like.
