Still Spirits Mellow Oak is an oak extract flavouring used to oak age spirits and wines. It is part of the Still Spirits Profile range, so you can combine it with other Profile flavourings to build your own whiskey taste. It also suits brandy, dark rum and bourbon-style spirits.
How to use: Shake the 50mL bottle well before use. Follow the recipes in the Whiskey Profile kit, or add 1mL to 5mL per litre of spirit to taste. Store the spirit for 7 to 14 days to let the oak character fully develop.
Ingredients: Water, natural flavouring, stabiliser (E422).
