The large copper surface of the alembic top acts as a catalyst with the vapour, helping to enhance and concentrate flavours and aromas and remove unwanted sulphur compounds, for a smoother, richer, sweeter-tasting spirit. Inside the condenser, the outer water jacket has been modified with spiral fins so the cold water passes through with some turbulence, increasing heat transfer with the inner distillate arm.

How to use
- Ferment and clear your wash, then fill your Grainfather G30v3 or Turbo 500 boiler.
- Fit the copper dome top in place of the boiler's stainless steel lid and attach the pot condenser.
- Connect the hoses to your cold water supply and fit the thermometer.
- Heat the boiler and collect the spirit from the condenser, watching the temperature on the thermometer.

Which boilers does it fit?
The Grainfather G30v3 and the Still Spirits Turbo 500 boiler. It replaces the boiler's stainless steel lid.
Is a boiler included?
No. It includes the dome top, copper pot condenser, hoses, connections and thermometer; you need a boiler to attach it to.
Why copper?
The copper reacts with the vapour to concentrate flavours and aromas and remove unwanted sulphur compounds, giving a smoother, richer spirit.
What is new about this condenser?
Internal fins and a cooling sleeve extended towards the temperature probe improve heat transfer, so the spirit is collected at a colder temperature.
