The Mad Millie Fresh Cheese Culture is the ideal culture for soft and fresh cheeses.

Aromatic Mesophilic is a freeze-dried mixed strain culture containing Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis and Leuconostoc.

Aromatic Mesophilic is a gas-producing culture, where little air pockets will be observed in the cheese. If gas is not desired, then use the Mad Millie Cheese Culture.

Each sachet contains enough culture for 4 L of milk. Activity = 2.4 U. Store below 25Β°C 5 sachets will make: 2 batches (8 kg/17.5 lb) Fresh Cheese Contains: Milk
