Made from carefully selected 2-row barley, this premium malt boasts optimal nitrogen levels and has undergone a gentle kilning process to retain its enzyme content and activity. The end result is a malt with high extract and diastatic power, perfect for achieving a high yield and superb flavor in single malt whiskey. Incorporating distillers malt will infuse a delicious, malty sweetness into your whiskey. While it is most suitable for single malt distilling, it can also be combined with peat smoked malt or manuka smoke malt to create a more smoky or peaty whiskey - reminiscent of a classic scotch.

Distiller’s Malt is primarily suited to single malt distilling, but can be used in conjunction with Mild Peat Smoked Malt or Manuka Smoked Malt to create a unique blended whisky.
