This blend of non-GMO yeast strains has been carefully selected to unlock bound thiol compounds with high enzymatic B-lysase activity. It boasts a perfect balance of tropical flavors and aromas, including passionfruit, grapefruit, and mango, making it ideal for juicy, hazy IPAs. With PurePitch Next Generation, homebrewers and small scale brewers can easily pitch at the same rate as commercial breweries, ensuring foolproof fermentation without the need for a starter. This means you can pitch like the pros, with a recommended rate of 7.5 million cells/mL per 20L. Plus, PurePitch Next Generation offers double the pitching rate of normal WLP077 homebrew sachets, making it even easier to use - simply twist the cap and pitch!
