An essential part of the Create+ family, this is the recommended boiler base for use with the Create+ T500 Column & Condenser and the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser. With a maximum capacity of 25 litres, the Boiler 25L is designed for distillers seeking precise control and versatile functionality. It features dual element control switches to provide more control during distillation. The Boiler 25L comes complete with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 threaded adapter, allowing for connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories, so your customers can experiment with different setups and attachments.

- Dual element control switches provide more control during distillation - when both switches are in the ON position, the element will be supplied full power of 2200W. When one switch is in the OFF position, it will only consume 1100W of power.

NOTE: The Threaded Adapter is designed primarily for small to medium-sized distilling setups that do not have heavy, off-centre attachments. When used with the Still Spirits Boiler 25L lid or Alembic Dome, it is reasonably flexible and is sturdy enough to fit components within the following specifications:
A total column & condenser height up to 1.1 m from the boiler lid or dome.
A total column & condenser weight up to 11 kg, including up to 2 kg off-centre weight from a swan neck, lyne arm, or condenser running in parallel with the column and offset up to 160 mm (6") to the main column.
The Create + Threaded Adapter Set is only suitable for use with the Alembic Copper Condensers sold from 2019 onwards.

- The Turbo 500 25L Boiler that has the two elements, does it require a 15 Amp circuit or can I use the 10 Amp circuit in my home? Cheers Keiran Watts
- Hi Keiran, for this boiler a 10 amp circuit is fine :)
- I've burnt out the element on my boiler and cant source an element. Your boiler probably wont be compatible with my top, which has my condenser bolted to it. The condenser tower is 50mm wide and has a flat flange at the bottom of the tower which is 90mm in diameter and is bolted to a flattened section of the domed top. Will my condenser fit onto the lid of your unit?
- Hi Damian, this has a 310mm diameter lid with a 48mm hole, so I don't think it will fit sorry.
- Using the turbo 500 and boiler, how is the good alcohol (ethanol) separated from other alcohols? How is the temperature controlled?
- Hi Peter, using this with the Turbo 500, you will collect 95% of the possible alcohol from the wash. This comes out as 93% pure ethanol. The temperature is controlled by the Turbo 500 condenser which comes with water flow controller as standard, or you can use the water flow regulator as well which is a pump that regulates the flow to make the temperature more stable.
