Originally developed in the early 1950s by Albert Steven Nash, Pride of Ringwood has become a staple in Australia with its strong resin character and hints of cedar and oak. Although it is often utilized as a bittering hop for its high AA content, it can also bring a touch of spice and fruitiness when used in late additions. Ideal for Australian lagers or Sparkling Ales, this hop is a must-try for any beer enthusiast.
