The renowned Idaho 7 hops boast distinctive and powerful flavors and aromas, including bold tropical and stone fruit notes, with subtle hints of resiny pine and black tea. These versatile pellets are not only perfect for late hop additions, but also for bittering thanks to their high alpha acid levels. Soft pelletising by Crosby Farms has resulted in less dense T-90 hop pellets, allowing for improved hop utilization and making them a great choice for whirlpool or dry hop additions.
