We have four warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Launceston. Your order might ship from any of these warehouse, or from a combination of these warehouses as different stock is located in different warehouses. Ella's versatile and unique flavor profile is due to its high oil content, which can greatly influence its character depending on how it is utilized. In small amounts, it shines with a spicy and floral note reminiscent of star anise. But when used in larger quantities or in dry hopping, it holds its ground against robust malts and imparts a pronounced tropical and grapefruit taste. Its lineage contributes to a delightful floral aroma, accompanied by subtle hints of spice. While perfect for lagers and pilsners, Ella also enhances the flavor of Pale Ales and IPAs when used in dry-hopping, preserving its fruity and tropical oils like those found in Galaxy™ hops.
