With the qualities of a good dual-purpose hop, Cashmere presents a unique blend of lemon, lime and melon flavors, while offering a smooth bitterness and subtle herbal notes. Developed by Washington State University and introduced in 2013, this hop is a successful combination of Cascade and Northern Brewer, featuring even higher levels of alpha acids. Its versatility makes it ideal for use in both Pale ales and IPAs.
