2-Liter Ultrasonic Extractor Complete with Display and Stirrer
Ultrasonic extraction uses a frequency range from 16 kHz to 100 kHz and requires a liquid medium that allows the ultrasonic wave to reach the plant material. These "mechanical sound" waves are capable of breaking down plant walls, allowing their extraction.
Ultrasonic technology therefore allows for the complete extraction of plant material, preserving the integrity of all molecules contained within the plant, whether they are soluble, heat-stable, water-soluble, or fat-soluble.
This results in a stable mixture of all the molecules contained within the plant cell, in just a few minutes.
Generally, extraction is more efficient if the plant material is first ground, then kept in suspension for the entire duration of the extraction cycle with gentle stirring.
Ultrasonic extraction allows for a significant reduction in production times because the ultrasound, by breaking down cell walls, reduces the time it takes for the active ingredients to be transferred. One liter of macerate can be obtained in just 15 minutes.
This innovative extraction technique has been awarded organic certification, as it is a purely physical process that does not use or add chemicals. It is used in a variety of fields, including agriculture, oenology, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, homeopathy, and veterinary medicine.
It achieves very satisfactory yields and almost complete depletion of the plant material.
