This recipe uses sorghum instead of malt grain as the main ingredient, meaning this great new kit is completely gluten free!
Light and crisp with a citrus character and dry bitter finish. The tropical aromas are well balanced by pine and herbal notes.
The Craft Series Beer kits include malt extract, yeast, instructions, and dry hops if the recipe needs it. You also need to add 1kg of dextrose for this kit.

"I have brewed with sorghum kits a few times, they generally turn out to be quite clean, low in body and with little head retention. I am glad I found this one, which will broaden my gluten free spectrum. It is currently fermenting, first smells are promising. I like that the kit comes with an increased amount of yeast, as sorghum does not seem to ferment as readily as usual wort."
