This Alembic Pot Still is made up of the Mangrove Jack's 25L Boiler or the Still Spirits 4.9L Boiler with this Pot Still Alembic Dome Top and Pot Still Condenser.

This alembic copper domed top fits on to your Mangrove Jack's 25L Boiler or the Still Spirits 4.9L Boiler. This can be used in place of the boiler’s stainless steel lid. The large copper surface area of the alembic top acts as a catalyst with the vapour in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit. 

The dome has a diameter of 31cm and is 23cm high and comes with a silicone seal.

Hi David, it comes with a silicone seal and the dome has a diameter of 31cm and is 23cm high.
Hi, I am interesting in making vodka, does the copper dome help flavours when making vodka, of for bourbons only.
Hi Ashley, you can make vodka with the Alembic Dome Top and Condenser. It will make a vodka with a distinct charater of the wash as opposed to a neutral vodka. If you'd like to make a neutral vodka the Turbo 500 is better and easier: https://distilleryking.com.au/collections/turbo-500
