We have four warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Launceston. Your order might ship from any of these warehouse, or from a combination of these warehouses as different stock is located in different warehouses. Wai-iti hops offer a burst of bright, refreshing citrus notes that perfectly complement a range of beer styles. With hints of lime, lemon, and mandarin oranges, these hops are an ideal addition to Pale, IPA, or Wheat brews. As a modern triploid hop, Wai-iti delivers a punch of lime and stone fruit flavors. Developed in 2011 alongside Kohatu by New Zealand Plant & Food Research, this hop boasts higher beta acids than alpha acids, low cohumulone levels, and a robust oil content. Its lineage includes renowned varieties Hallertauer Mittelfrüh as a 1/3 parent and Liberty as its grandparent. Despite its low alpha content, low cohumulone, and high farnesene, Wai-iti offers a gentle bitterness and potential suitability for single-hop beers. When used as a mid-late addition, Wai-iti's citrus aromas take a back seat to a more prominent stone fruit presence
