We have four warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Launceston. The manhattan is so popular that loads of people have tried to claim its creation. We like the simplest explanation - that it was invented in the 1860s by a bartender named Black at a bar on Broadway near Houston Street in New York City.
- 60mL Still Spirits Top Shelf Rye Whiskey
- 2 tablespoons sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters in a glass filled with ice
Combine 60mL Still Spirits Top Shelf Rye Whiskey, 2 tablespoons sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters in a glass filled with ice. Stir until outside of glass is very cold. Strain into a tall glass, garnish with 1 cherry.
