With this kit, you can make 8L of 40% alcohol per batch. The yeast pack and essences are included in the kit got your FIRST TWO BATCHES, making 16L of 40% alcohol. Once you are up and running, all you need to make the next 8L is this $49 Classic 6 Batch Pack, plus 6kg of white sugar or dextrose.

That works out to be just over $4 per bottle of 40% neutral spirit.

Add to that an essence to that can flavour 2.25L of neutral spirit, which is $12 for the Top Shelf range.

You can have your very own rum, vodka, gin, brandy, bourbon - or whatever you like - for just over $8 per bottle.

Turbo 500 Copper Condenser: This is the worlds most advanced fractioning column for home distillation. It is designed to produce commercial grade high purity alcohol (93%+) and provide maximum alcohol yield (95%+). As it comes ready to use, it is extremely simple to operate and is a stunning looking handcrafted solid copper condenser. Use this to make authentic vodka & gin plus a range of liqueurs.

Create+ Copper Alembic Condenser: This condenser retains the flavour rather than stripping it out by refluxing. This comes with a thermometer, tubing and tap adaptor set. The new & improved version now incorporates a spiral structure modification inside the condenser called fins. The outer water jacket tube of the condenser has been modified internally to increase surface area with the inner distillate arm allowing for better cooling performance. Fins allow the cold water to pass through with some turbulence increasing surface area within the inner tube. The cooling sleeve has been extended back towards the temperature probe which gives the extra cooling length. This new condenser arm has improved the overall efficiency (heat transfer) of the Alembic condenser, allowing for a colder spirit collection temperature. This is perfect for when you are distilling whiskey, rum, and brandy washes to make the spirit from traditional ingredients, just like the professionals. Use this with the Grainfather to make authentic whiskey & bourbon, and with the Mangrove Jack's boiler to make authentic rum.

Our CRAFT STARTER PLUS pack includes everything you need to produce two batches of pure alcohol using the Turbo 500 Condenser except for sugar or dextrose. You will need 6kgs of sugar or dextrose per yeast, 12kgs total. We also sell boxes of 12kgs dextrose, bags of 25kgs dextrose, and boxes of 12kgs Turbo Sugar. You also have ingredients to make one batch of rum using the Alembic Pot Condenser and the rum yeast and molasses.
