To achieve optimal results, we recommend fermenting at 17.7-20ΒΊC (64-68ΒΊF) for 5-7 days, then increasing the temperature to 21ΒΊC (70ΒΊF) until a stable gravity is reached. For best results, mash at 64-65ΒΊC (148-149ΒΊF) and add a small percentage of sugar (~ 5-10%) to your fermentables. When reusing the yeast, attenuation may increase towards the higher end of the listed range. Our PurePitch Next Generation offers double the pitching rate of the standard WLP4000 homebrew sachets, providing a foolproof fermentation without the need for a starter. With a commercial recommended pitching rate of 7.5 million cells/mL, you can pitch like the pros!
