Experience rapid fermentations and optimal temperature control with full attenuation in just 2-3 days. Achieve a high level of flocculation for clear beers without filtration or process aids. Each batch is PCR tested to guarantee exceptional quality.

One sachet is sufficient for treating a single 19-23L batch. For larger batches, calculate at a rate of 0.5-0.8g per Liter. It is recommended to round up by one whole sachet rather than measuring the yeast precisely. [51.28-85.47g per 100L]

You have the option to either directly pitch or rehydrate the VOSS yeast onto your wort surface, with no need for initial oxygenation. Thanks to our advanced aerobic growth process, this dry yeast boasts high viability and sterol levels. Loaded with essential nutrients, VOSS yeast ensures a complete and successful fermentation. While rehydration is not necessary, some brewers prefer it. To do so, sanitize the yeast brick and scissors, then mix 10 grams of sterilized tap water (29-35°C) with 0.25 grams of FermStart (Yeast Nutrient) per gram of yeast. Sprinkle the yeast onto the water and let it rest for 20 minutes before swirling. Use small amounts of wort to adjust the temperature within 10°F (6°C) of your wort before pitching. Ferment between 20-40°C for optimal results.
