Each sachet contains 12g of yeast, which is up to 9% more than other dry yeast brands. We go the extra mile to ensure quality, with every batch of yeast undergoing PCR testing. While BERLIN has been trusted by pro breweries for years, it is now available in sachets for homebrewers. Get your hands on this premium yeast and elevate your brewing game!

Dosage: For a Single 19–23L batch, two sachets are sufficient. For larger batches, use at a rate of 0.66-1.06g per Liter (2.5-4 grams per gallon) of wort. We suggest rounding up by one full sachet instead of precisely measuring out the yeast. [68.38-102.56g per 100L]

Our innovative aerobic growth process produces a dry yeast with high viability and sterol levels, resulting in a successful and thorough fermentation. For added assurance, BAJA yeast comes pre-loaded with all the necessary nutrients. If you prefer to rehydrate, simply sanitize the yeast brick and scissors, and mix 10 grams of sterilized tap water (29-35Β°C) with 0.25 grams of FermStart (Yeast Nutrient) per gram of yeast. Sprinkle the yeast on the water, let it sit for 20 minutes, then swirl. Adjust the slurry to within 6Β°C of your wort temperature before pitching. Get ready for a flawless fermentation at 10-13Β°C.
