We have four warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Launceston. Easy Syphon worked only one time

"Not sure what we are doing wrong. Wet the syphon then pulled it up and the fluid just goes so far then falls back. tried pushing and pulling a couple of times but it seems to only work as a pump now??? heeeelllp :/"

Hi John, it's 56 cm Long by 2.5 cm diameter. We would say it's suitable for use with most demijohns or fermenters up to 40 Litres.
