The Astra Peel-a-ton XL is a large industrial side peeler whichhas an auto-ejector system and can peel approximate 1200 fruits per hour. It can peel in different ways, for example if you are making limoncello, it can peel only the very surface of a lemon. Or it can peel the whole skin, leaving only the fruit. If you need to peel more than 1000 fruits per day, this is the machine for you.

Not like a common peeling machine, the Astra Peel-a-ton uses a peeler blade and traces the human moves of peeling. This means the peeling quality is same as human hand peeling, and the speed is lot faster and stable.
