Still Spirits Alembic Pot Condenser

Instead of stripping flavours to give clean spirit like the Turbo 500 (T500), the Alembic Pot Condenser retains and enhances flavours. This can be used when distilling washes that contain flavours that you wish to collect.

Combining the Alembic with the Turbo 500 offers the ultimate flexibility. 

You use the Turbo 500 to make a pure spirit, and then you flavour that spirit with an essence of your choice to make any alcohol you like. We have a huge range of essences we encourage you to explore.

The Alembic on the other hand is used to retain the flavours of the wash. If you want to make a rum with molasses for example, you would use the Alembic to distill that.
